NoMound has been advised by Steve Corr (head of MA DEP I/A section) that he will approve suitable applications for NoMound installations under the “Remedial Use” provisions of Title 5. These will be replacement systems for existing residential properties. Local health department approval is a prerequisite for any remedial use application.
